Grand Bohemian Hotel Mountain Brook, Autograph Collection

During my stay at the grand bohemian hotel, I was greeted by Rod Clark with PMC. He approached me with the most professional greeting, explained the valet process, asked me my name, repeated my name throughout my trip, gave me great directions to the area since I have never been here and made me feel like the hotel was waiting on me to arrive. Once he left his team extended the same courtesy, Perry brake and Ladarius Reed gave me the best service once he left and it was like they didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely be back to visit the grand bohemian hotel, especially my newly found friends, Rod, Perry, and Ladarius. See you soon guys! Keep up the great work!

Front desk was phenomenal. Very helpful. Tripp, Sha and the other female which I can’t remember her name where all very welcoming. Beautiful location with many restaurants walking distance. The beds were amazing, comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The decor and paintings in the building were also something to see and enjoy.

At the risk of sounding like a total snob, my expectations from an Alabama hotel were admittedly quite low, however, this hotel stay was very much on par with what you would get any major city. The staff at check-in were really lovely. The cleanliness of the room and facility maintenance were beyond reproach. Amenities were nice. The rooftop bar was really great and I particularly enjoyed the feature cocktails by their in-house bartenders. A short five minute drive to numerous local attractions, including a the botanical garden. Great stay.

Valet, Brooks had tremendous 10/10 service. From the moment I stepped out to the moment I left I felt an overwhelming amount of welcoming. I don’t know what is better the Spa or the valet service. Very comfortable and safe hotel to stay at %100 recommend

I really wanted to like this beautiful hotel, and it certainly has potential. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local boutiques and restaurants. When we first entered our room, it appeared clean and welcoming. However, our experience took a turn when I discovered a used glass and snacks left on the floor from the previous guest while closing the curtains. I asked my son to check under the bed, and we found even more snacks. This indicated that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned after the last stay, which was quite disappointing. Given its great location and affordability during busy times like Bama game days and family weekends, I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to cleaning left a negative impression. I hope they improve their housekeeping standards because it could be a wonderful option otherwise.

This is a very beautiful hotel! The rooms are gorgeous! It's one of the few high end hotels in Birmingham. The staff is very accommodating and helpful! Especially the front desk staff! And they serve you champagne upon check in! Which is a very nice touch to set the tone for your stay! I also love the area that the hotel is located in! It's a very cute section of Birmingham! Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance of the hotel! They offer valet parking but there is also plenty of self parking! And their bath products smell soooo good! You will want to purchase some to take home!
